A man is reported to have punched a woman and attacked other commuters on an early morning train today.
The man launched the assault while the train leaving Redhill station before pulling the emergency lever and jumping off at East Croydon.
A commuter on the same train tweeted her concerns to the Southern Rail account after the incident and told the company that she plans to write a letter of complaint after a conductor reportedly did not apprehend the man at the station.
