A DECORATOR who dumped 20 bags of building waste has been fined more than £3,000.Daniel Pierre, 29, was among eight offenders sentenced for messing up the borough at Croydon Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.Pierre, of Amesbury Avenue in Streatham, received the biggest fine of the day. A MAN rescued from a maisonette fire on Friday morning has died in hospital.Firefighters pulled the man from the blaze on Wolfington Road, West Norwood.
