Police are appealing for information after a man was caught exposing himself in his car.The incident took place on May 10 at around 3.45pm, as three school girls were walking along Coulsdon Road in Caterham.As they passed a parked car they noticed a man sitting on his own in the driver's seat looking at a mobile and carrying out an indecent act.The man, described as white and in his 20s with light brown short cropped hair, was wearing a white/light coloured T-shirt and tracksuit bottoms.NOW...
