Police are appealing to find an elderly man suffering with dementia.Officers are growing "increasingly concerned" for the wellbeing of Victor Riches, 79, who was last seen on Friday morning in South Norwood.He is described by police as a white male, 5ft 6ins tall, of slim build and has white hair.
