POLICE have made a fresh appeal to find a mental health patient with links to Croydon who absconded more than two weeks ago.Police say Abdul Nahar, is a risk to the public and himself, and have warned anyone who spots the 26-year-old not to approach him.Police have urged anyone who knows of Nahar's whereabouts to dial 999 immediately.
