Croydon's Labour Party have issued an apology after several activists were pictured standing on a war memorial in Woodside on Saturday morning.
The photo was tweeted from the Croydon Labour Party Twitter account at 10.45am as Labour members gathered to join Croydon Central candidate Sarah Jones as she knocked on doors and spoke to voters ahead of the upcoming General Election.
