A Croydon woman has been put off travelling on a tram, after she watched another passenger get "thrown violently to the ground" when a tram driver "slammed on the brakes".
Sarah Beth has also expressed her disappointment with how Transport for London (TfL) treated her complaint about the incident which happened on March 13 when she was travelling from Wimbledon towards Croydon.
