Croydon Radio has announced it will stop broadcasting for good this Friday.
The award-winning community radio station was run entirely by volunteers and played a combination of well-known tunes and music from local artists.
The station was set up in 2012 by co-founders Tracey Rabbetts and Tim Longhurst.
For four years it was based in the town centre at Matthews Yard but made the decision to move because of rent increases last August.
