The driver of a car which hit a tree in Morland Road this morning is in a life-threatening condition in hospital.
Police, paramedics and fire crews were called to the road, near Chaffinch Brook School and car dealership Classic Automobiles, at 6.43am.
Officers attended and found the driver, a man believed to be in his 60s, injured and unconscious, a spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said.
