A mum with her three children were just metres away from being hit by a car believed to be involved in a police chase in Crystal Palace.
Pictures from the scene show a black car facing the opposite direction to the flow of traffic on Westow Hill, inches away from the window of Tamnag Thai.
It had narrowly missed the lamppost but had smashed into a bin.
