Croydon is one of the worst places in the country for homelessness, according to the latest figures.
Every night men and women on the town's streets desperately seek food, shelter and security as pressure on resources for the destitute increases.
The borough was already one of the ten worst areas nationwide for people sleeping on the streets, and the problem has become even worse in the past year.
