More and more people are living impoverished, cold and dangerous lives on the streets of Croydon as the borough's homeless problem gets worse.
Rough sleepers left completely without shelter are more common now than at any time over the past six years.
The most recent estimate indicates that 70 people are sleeping on the streets in Croydon this winter.
This is a huge increase from the four rough sleepers recorded as living without shelter in 2010.
