A suspected burglar is involved in a stand-off with police and is currently sat on the roof of a garage in South Norwood and refusing to come down.At about 3pm this afternoon police were seen chasing after a man along Tennison Road and Davidson Road.He climbed onto the roof of a property on Davidson Road which was then cordoned off by police with riot officers entering the property sometime later.Before they could seal off the area, the suspect jumped down from the roof and began leaping over...
