A sick Purley man has been spared jail after he admitted shooting videos of women and schoolgirls on public transport, having been caught trying to film up one woman's skirt.David Brazia-Amaro, of Brighton Road, was spotted by an off duty British Transport Police officer using his mobile phone to film up the woman's skirt on June 15 last year.The officer called for assistance from colleagues who then arrested 25-year-old Brazia-Amoro at East Croydon station and his phone was seized and examined....
