Tram crash survivors have launched legal action against tram operator Transport for London and FirstGroup in a further bid to find out why the carriages derailed, killing seven people and injuring more than 50.A number of survivors of the crash have instructed lawyers Irwin Mitchell to investigate and help them find out what happened on November 9.They hope this will put pressure on both TfL, the owner of the network, and operator FirstGroup, which employs the drivers, to get answers sooner...
