Transport for London (TfL) has withheld data about how many complaints it has had about speeding trams.
The authority, which manages the tram network in Croydon, has said in reply to a Freedom of Information (FOI) request that it will not publish the information because it could "prejudice" the ongoing investigations into the causes of the crash which killed seven people last month.
The derailed tram was travelling at 43.5mph – when it should have been travelling at 12.5mph...
