Police have released CCTV footage of a man they want to speak to after a handbag containing £9,000 of jewellery was stolen from a car in Coulsdon.
The bag is believed to have been stolen from the boot of the owner's car, which was parked on Tudor Close, Coulsdon, between midday on February 12 and 10am on Sunday February 14.
