A CROYDON man has appeared in court accused of raping a girl under the age of 13.Mark Wayne Parry, of Osward, Forestdale, spoke only to confirm his name and address at Croydon Magistrates' Court today (Friday, April 8).The 36-year-old, who was represented by Stephan Black in court, is charged with two counts of raping a girl under the age of 13 at an address in Croydon in 2009.He was bailed until April 22 when he will appear at Croydon Crown Court for a preliminary hearing.
