Croydon is the 'fly-tipping capital of the south east', according to a Conservative councillor.An FOI request submitted by the council's Conservative group showed reports of fly-tipping has increased by over 9,000 during three financial years.During the last Conservative council in 2013/14 there were 15,113 reported fly-tips.This rose to 18,560 during 2014/15, after the Labour group won power back from the Tories in 2014.
