Traffic was brought to a standstill this morning after a burst water main caused problems on South Norwood High Street.
A post from the Croydon Council Twitter account said to avoid the area, and Thames Water was fixing the issue, which occurred earlier this morning near the high street's junction with Portland Road.
Buses are on diversion, according to a post on Transport for London official bus alerts account.
Traffic around South Norwood horrendous. Might have a few late children...
