The man who was has been in a 15-hour stand-off with police at Victoria Station has jumped.
Police officers were called to the station at 4am after a man in a precarious position was "threatening to jump".
British Transport Police officers have been at the scene all day and were joined by specialist negotiators. But shortly after 7.30pm the man, who has not been identified, jumped and sustained head injuries.
He was taken to hospital in a stable condition.
