UPDATE: At 7.40pm Southern confirmed all lines are not reopen, tickets are still valid on busesA signalling problem at Purley is causing delays across the Southern Rail network this evening.
Network Rail engineers are currently on site trying to resolve the issue.
Shortly before 6.30pm Southern Rail posted a message on Twitter saying fewer services would run between East Croydon and Gatwick due to the issues.
