A man has been charged with two counts of burglary at a Coulsdon home.Police were appealing last week to find a 39-year-old - described as 4 feet 9 inches tall - wanted in connection with the offences alleged to have happened on June 23 and July 6 at the same house.Paul Raymond Cooper, 39, was arrested on Wednesday and taken to a south London police station.
